This role is working for one of the largest business areas of the General Merchandise department in the print and paper division which manages and operates Clients Print Management System, delivering printed marketing materials for the three major divisions of the business. This role is to support the expansion across Europe.

  • Act as a focal point for all customer/supplier enquiries and queries
  • Attend customer/supplier meetings if necessary.
  • Support the Team Leader with the effective running of the Clients Print Management operation.
  • Manage and ensure the online print management system (in-house computer system) is kept up to date.
  • Check invoices from suppliers to ensure they are correct and process them for payment.
  • Invoice customers for delivered goods.
  • Ensure that customers raise Purchase orders prior to invoicing.
  • Identify any potential problem with supplier/customers and raise concerns to the Team Leader.
  • Liaise with the Accounts department on all overdue accounts.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy essential
  • Must have excellent numerical skills
  • Must be highly organised
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
  • Must be fully conversant with Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Full, Clean Driving license essential will be required to travel can use pool car Temp to Perm role with full benefits
