Are you ready to think big and be brave, as you make a real impact in identifying opportunities to drive our Wholesale business to the next level.

As our Senior Customer Development Manager, you will be growing profitable relationships with our core customers in a growth Wholesale channel.

You’ll be a highly experienced, energetic and creative Account Manager, looking for autonomy, responsibility and the ability to shape our Wholesale business. 

You will be adept at delivering growth and development within a group of accounts. You will be the direct liaison with wholesale customers, sales support and dispatch teams as well as marketing and NPD departments.

As a retail expert, you will develop strategic account plans to maximise sales, improve the way in which the business services the wholesale accounts, whilst proactively seeking new sales opportunities throughout the UK

You will be responsible for maximising the profitable growth of one of our most dynamic and exciting channels, leading the development of strategic annual business plans.

With an eye for detail, you will have awareness of our customer inspired journey, with key insights into the best practices within our space.

Thinking outside the box, you will help create bespoke POS and advertising content, with our Creative Studio and Marketing Team, utilising our unique story and values.

As an effective influencer, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively towards differentiating Neal’s Yard Remedies exciting offering from its competitors.

What you’ll have:

  • 4–5 years’ experience in multi-site account management within UK wholesale/retail.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable growth and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence with numbers – from analysing performance data to weekly financial reporting and P & L management.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver WOW moments.
  • Strong Project Management skills
