As our Counter Manager on our Gondola situated in the heart of the Beauty floor, you will have proven sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of successful business growth.  You'll be in sole charge of our brand offering in John Lewis Oxford Street in providing our customers with a high touch customer experience, sharing your passion for Neals Yard Remedies. You'll be super motivated to deliver on KPIs, increase customer loyalty, and create a positive environment to thrive in.

Uncompromising, in your approach to identifying opportunities, you'll elevate our customer experience,  whilst moving our business forward with high-level commercial awareness, experience of retail operations and the ability to build collaborative relationships with retailers and customer alike.  You will help deliver an effective business plan to achieve our vision and goals.

You'll have previous experience of working as a Counter Manager within a Beauty Brand or be ready for the next exciting stage in your career. Your passion for beauty, skincare and wellness will be infectious, together with experience in delivering on commercial objectives through a customer first approach. Responsible for creating and executing a strong business plan in-line with Neal’s Yard Remedies values & behaviours.
