At Goodwood, data drives everything we do. We’re looking for a
Reporting Analyst to play a pivotal role in
transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that influence
decision-making across the business.
As part of our dynamic analytics team, you’ll work closely with
internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, maintain our
PowerBI dashboards, and communicate insights that directly influence
customer engagement and sales performance. If you’re passionate about
turning data into stories that matter, this is your chance to make a
real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with teams across the business to identify data needs
and translate them into insightful reporting solutions.
- Build and maintain engaging dashboards using PowerBI to track
KPIs, performance metrics, and business trends.
- Analyse large datasets from various sources to uncover trends and
actionable insights.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at
all levels.
- Keep up with industry best practices and emerging tools in
reporting and analytics.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in PowerBI or similar tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and a knack for
storytelling with data.
- Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and ideally some Python or R for
automation or advanced analytics.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise,
organise, and multitask.
- A positive, proactive approach with excellent communication and
collaboration skills.
Who You Are:
- Analytical and solution-focused, with a love of solving problems.
- Curious and driven to learn new tools and techniques.
- Confident in working with stakeholders, sharing insights, and
influencing decisions.
- A team player with a can-do attitude – and a sense of fun!
Why Join Goodwood?
At Goodwood, you’ll be part of a passionate team
where your insights can shape the future of our customer experience
and commercial performance. We offer a collaborative and supportive
environment, opportunities for growth, and the tools you need to thrive.
