Do you have experience creating online content, for email marketing campaigns and social media / website? Seeking part time role, perhaps around school hours?

A standalone Digital Marketing expert, is required to work alongside the sales team to develop, implement and manage various digital marketing campaigns which will enhance the brand, generate leads and target audiences across UK. Your ideas and analytical skills will be instrumental in implementing the digital marketing strategy and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: In a standalone role, you'll be responsible for working with the sales team and senior management to develop digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive sales in UK markets.
  • Online Campaigns: Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, social media posts, infographics and email campaigns to attract and retain the target audience.
  • Lead Generation: Convert site visitors to customers, identify SEO opportunities to ensure we are being found by the right people.
  • Social Media: Develop and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, timely responses, and engagement with followers.
  • Email Marketing: Design and develop marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services and drive sales, whilst monitoring and improving email performance metrics.
  • Website Optimisation: Review and update website to improve user experience, search engine rankings, and lead generation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, providing recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve set KPIs.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with company initiatives.

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Exec:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on the UK markets.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, and tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations in the UK.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English.

Salary is £25,000 (for 20 hours per week) WFH with 1 – 2 days per month spent in office.

Flexible on working hours, full time days or part-time over the whole week.

Holidays 20 days per annum rising on length of service, plus death in service, pension and healthcare, parking at office.
