DAY HUB SUPPORT WORKER

(Chichester Homeless Day Hub Service)

Salary:            Depends on experience

Hours:            37 hours Monday to Friday with some flexibility in evenings and weekends required

Location:        Chichester and Arun

Contract:        Permanent

We have an exciting position for an enthusiastic and experienced Housing, Accommodation and Support Services Manager to lead the housing management and support of services located across Chichester and Arun.  This includes our own services and floating support to services where we do not hold the landlord function and include a specialist Women’s therapeutic service. All services are psychologically and trauma informed.

Key aspects of the role are:

• High quality client-centred delivery
• Clear risk, and health and safety management across the services
• Management of Team Leader and Staff teams delivering services to meet contract requirements
• Supporting the development of front facing operational partnerships which enables clients to live independent successfully in the community
• Services are outcome focused to ensure greater outcomes are achieved for our clients and community
