We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to manage the hospitality booking systems and reporting functions,  ensuring an accurate delivery of events and finances. You will be responsible for the data integrity of hospitality clients, ensuring that all system users correctly maintain data.

You'll ensure all information is clear and correct from an operational and financial perspective, limiting any financial risk.  Liaising with the Goodwood Finance team, you'll confirm the booking system matches their accounting data, with an awareness of aged debt and financial deadlines.

What you will need:

• Ability to work both as part of a team and under own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate and systems orientated with experience on event management software
• Ability to identify and challenge risk before it has become apparent
• Analytical and ability to adapt to change in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
• Strategic thinker and commercially astute
