We are looking to recruit a friendly and customer focused  Receptionist on a casual basis to join the friendly Waterbeach Spa team, based at The Goodwood Hotel.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for fun and part time work that fits around existing commitments.

In this key role and as first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for preparing The Waterbeach Spa for the day, managing the treatment diary effectively and communicating all bookings to the Therapist team.

You'll be eager to deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment our clients step through the door to the time they leave.

Continuous familiarisation with treatments is paramount to keep your knowledge up to date to assist with closure of retail sales and you’ll be a natural at building and maintaining great relationships to ensure our guests want to come back time and time again.

What you'll have:

• Previous experience of working in a customer service role is essential
• Experience of working within a salon or spa environment would be desirable;
• A flexible approach to working hours is essential as the role will include working every weekend
