We are looking to recruit sleep-in cover for one of our most personalised services. The two females we support live in their own homes, in the Felpham and Aldwick areas. Both love to enjoy time in wide-open spaces every day. At home they love to listen to music, garden, cook and watch the soaps. Both are very much accepting of differences and embrace diversity, they’re unique and quirky. What matters to them the most is true liking, kindness and the desire to spend time together living in the moment to enjoy things as they are as they happen.  

Full training with extensive shadowing sessions with established workers before any solo work will be provided.

The sleep-in cover runs between 9pm-8am. Hours worked either side of the sleep-in will be paid at a rate of £10.50ph and sleep-ins are paid at £58.65 plus an annual enhancement of £1,200 per annum pro rata.
