Temp to perm opportunity. Initially we are looking for people on 3 month contract (until circa mid September) however there is a strong possibility of you being offered a permanent contract at that time (if that would be of interest to you).

We are a small family run business specialising in the food trade, delivering our products to local pubs, hotels and restaurants etc. 

We are currently looking to recruit an Food Order Picker.

About the role:

• You will be picking and packing orders ready for dispatch on the same day.
• Your working day would start at 4am.
• You will be working until 12pm (with an element of flexibility required depending on how busy we are).
• You will need to be physically fit to cope with the demands of this position in a very busy environment.
• This role includes picking orders and helping loading vans.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Your own transport to travel to and from work due to the rural location of the business
• To be reliable and able to work the unusual hours
• Previous experience working with food would be an advantage although not essential as full training will be given
