First impressions count and you'll be the one making them

You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we strengthen and build our weddings business. In this key position, you'll be responsible for responding to initial enquiries and activating engaging show rounds to the Bride and Groom.  Along with a natural affinity with our customers you will have a commercial approach, to help support our sales strategy for weddings, in each of our unique venues.

Thinking outside of the box you will help deliver WOW moments across all of our events and keep the customer at the heart of all we do.  

Excellent communication skills are essential.

What you’ll need:

• Passionate about the customer experience
• Energy and enthusiasm for what you do
• Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
• Proven experience within either a sales environment or event planning
• Knowledge of programmes such as ivvy,  Protel or Delphi is desirable
