Fittleworth are currently looking for temporary Customer Service Advisors to support the Customer Service Department during this unprecedented time. Individuals applying for this position will be committed to working on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 8:45am – 17:15pm, as well as occasional Saturdays. There may be the potential for these roles to become permanent.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for exceeding customer expectations in providing a first-class experience filled with care and integrity to the clients and healthcare professionals we serve. In doing so you will be managing inbound and outbound calls and emails for our clients, supporting their queries, and processing orders.
Previous experience of working in a high-volume customer service environment is essential, as well as a committed and empathetic approach in reaching solutions for clients. You will enjoy varied, and challenging work with the support of a vibrant team environment.
