A top 10 accountancy practice are looking for an Outsourcing & Accounts Manager to join their Outsourcing and Business Services team at their Guildford based office. The Guildford office is the largest outside of London and this is a new position due to the increase in client work being fed in from the National Head of Outsourcing.

This is a team that has tripled in size over the past 18 months and is going through a very challenging and exciting period of growth.

About you:

• Likely to be ACCA or ACA qualified
• 4+ years experience within Public Practice
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Determined to succeed and motivated by results
• Good understanding of legislative changes
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
• Have a clear customer focus
• Previous experience within industry is advantageous

About the role:

• Regular face to face client contact
• Responsible for your own client portfolio
• Review of management and statutory accounts
• Some preparation of management and statutory accounts
• Client turnovers typically range from £5 million to £250 million
• Involvement with business development
• Work closely with other Managers and Partners
• Training and developing junior staff
