Do you have experience of supporting Senior Managers or Directors in a sales department? Strong MS Office and good organisational skills, able to manage and coordinate events?
Supporting Sales Manager and Field Sales teams, you'll join a busy sales department, providing administration support.
Day to Day – what will you be doing?
- Booking events and travel for the team and Sales Manager
- Diary Management using outlook
- Event administration, coordinating invites, brochures, event equipment, and marketing
- Help prepare set up for the event including attendance
- Booking and confirming appointments with clients
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and training packages for sales pitches
- Manage expenses and input onto system
- Preparing Sales Reports (good excel needed)
- Drafting emails and letters on behalf of Sales Manager
What experience and skills do you need?
- Previous Sales Support experience to a sales team and/or Sales Managers
- Strong MSOffice including good excel for reporting and PowerPoint for preparing presentations
- Good communication skills both orally and written, able to prepare professional letters/emails
