MUST DRIVE RURAL LOCATION
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join an established Company based in Gomshall. The Administrator will be responsible for general administration duties, answering the telephones and filing. The Administrator's duties will entail, but will not be limited to:-
• Settling up new scheme files and restructure of existing files
• Electronic filing
• Opening, scanning and distributing post and dealing with evening post
• Stationery ordering
• Meeting and greeting guests and clients
• Archiving files
• General office duties
• Preparing letters and correspondence
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills:-
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a smart appearance
• IT literate
• Be self motivated and proactive
• MUST DRIVE
