Interim Management Accountant

£55,000 + 25 days holiday + parking, pension, healthcare
12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Qualified Management Accountant will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, financial analysis and daily reporting for all businesses within the group division, through management of the finance Team, setting objectives and 1:1 performance management.

The Qualified Management Accountant will provide financial and commercial support to the Directors and managers of the business, prepare accurate monthly management accounts, assist in the production of statutory accounts and in the investigation and completion of audit requirements, provide a full accountancy service to the division, producing a range of financial information to aid decision making, including financial analysis, budget setting, forecasting and cost control techniques, reconcile all balance sheet accounts and control accounts, review the bank reconciliations; dealing with all discrepancies and investigate, manage sales reports and contra accounts.

The Qualified Management Accountant must be fully qualified (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) and relevant post qualification financial accounting experience in a commercial organisation. The Qualified Management Accountant will have a strong working knowledge and experience of financial reporting and preparation of statutory accounts. Strong working knowledge of financial systems and controls, including Excel including VLookUps and Pivot Tables. The Qualified Management Accountant must have previous man-management experience.
