HRIS Implementation Consultant

HR Consultant required to deliver HR Change Management Implementation solutions to clients. This is a client facing role, deploying new processes with clients, change management services to clients. It will involve travel to client sites, meeting with client to discuss HRIS system, guiding the client through change management methodology, supplying client with materials, training and support, including documents, tutorials, workshops, delivering presentations, writing reports, managing projects.

CIPD and good HR legislation is required, previous client facing role with good understanding of HRIS e.g. Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP or similar, having worked on strategic and operational HR functions, project management of various projects simultaneously, change management and implementation of new HRIS systems.
