A Team Manager required to join this expanding global organisation to manage a team of implementation consultants on a day to day basis. As an Implementation Team Manager you will assist the daily management of implementation activities to ensure quality, timely implementations to clients, including kick-offs, con-calls, project support, post project reviews and provide an escalation route when required, act as a point of escalation for implementation team and clients for any implementation related queries or associated product information, plan and review key project milestones to ensure timely go-lives, recruit, develop and ensure all key skills are in place and identify any personal training requirements of team members. This role will focus on either the Lead Consultant Team, Parallel Run Team or Implementation Support Team

Demonstrable people management and project management experience is essential with good knowledge of working in a payroll and HR consulting or implementation role, IPPM or detailed payroll knowledge preferred with CIPD or Prince2 Qualification an advantage or first degree in related discipline. As this is a client facing role, there will be significant travel to client sites across UK. Must live in Surrey area and drive with own vehicle.
