The Role

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing company in the field of luxury builds. The company has got to the stage in its development whereby they now need to recruit a Project Manager to be involved at every stage through to completion of the project. This will entail, amongst other responsibilities, working closely with the Directors of the company re tender production, book sub- contractors and provide technical on-site advice. In addition a significant part of the role is to handle and monitor all aspects of on-site health and safety. It is anticipated that around 50% of the time you will be on site and 50% office based.

The Person

You will have had demonstrable skill within the construction industry including working on-site. You will have experience of UK Health and Safety laws and be happy to be responsible for risk assessments.A s well as excellent man management and communication skills you will also be fully conversant with the Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel.You will have a full clean driving licence and be very well presented as there will be a good deal of face to face client liaison.This role offers excellent scope for progression with a growing company.
