Job description

MotorSport Vision (MSV) is seeking a creative, organised and commercially minded Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator to support the growth of PalmerSport, Motorsport News, and various business activities at its UK motor racing circuits, including major events.

This is a varied, hands-on role spanning social media, content creation, email marketing, website content, influencer partnerships and selected paid-media activity. You will help deliver engaging campaigns that grow audiences, support ticket sales and strengthen MSV's digital presence.

Working closely with colleagues, creators and external agencies, you will manage designated channels and campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation. Using performance data and audience insight, you will identify opportunities and recommend practical improvements to future activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage designated social media channels and online communities, plan content schedules and create engaging, platform-appropriate content for consumer and business audiences
  • Coordinate designers, videographers, photographers and external agencies to produce high-quality assets, including organising content capture and photoshoots
  • Prepare, test and deliver PalmerSport, Motorsport News and wider business email campaigns using Spotler, applying appropriate segmentation and monitoring performance
  • Create race event ticket pages and maintain accurate, accessible and SEO-friendly content across MSV's websites, using traffic and conversion data to assess effectiveness
  • Develop influencer and creator activity, coordinating briefs, approvals and deliverables, managing agreed budgets and ensuring campaigns meet brand and disclosure requirements
  • Support paid social and PPC activity, monitor campaign budgets and performance and recommend improvements based on results and trends

Requirements:

  • At least two years' relevant experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role, with demonstrable experience of managing channels and producing engaging content
  • Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating digital campaigns across a combination of social media, email and website channels
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms, brands and audiences
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, audience targeting and influencer marketing. Experience of Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is highly desirable
  • Confidence interpreting campaign data and turning insights into practical recommendations. Experience of GA4 or comparable analytics tools would be useful
  • Experience of using content management, CRM or email marketing systems. Knowledge of Spotler, SEO and accessible digital content practices would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience of marketing events, hospitality, motorsport, leisure or ticketed attractions is desirable

Location

This role will be based at Brands Hatch circuit in Kent. Some travel to other MSV venues and occasional evening or weekend work may be required. A full UK driving licence is essential.

What we offer:

  • A varied, hands-on role working across leading motorsport, events and hospitality brands
  • The opportunity to create content at major events and develop multi-channel campaigns
  • Competitive pay, commensurate with experience
  • Up to 31 days' holiday (including Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown)
  • A workplace pension
  • Staff pass for yourself and a guest to attend events at all MSV circuits
  • Discounted food and drink when working on site
  • Access to the MSV Hub, offering discounts at hundreds of retailers across the UK
  • Access to 24/7 wellbeing services
