I am working closely with my client, a growing and profitable business near Richmond to recruit an Accountant.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, and working within a small team of 3, this role entails:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• VAT Returns
• EC Sales List
• General Bookkeeping
• Overseeing Sales & Purchase Ledger transactions
• Assisting with Payroll

The ideal candidate WILL:

• Be an active ACCA, ACA or CIMA studier (AAT qualified candidates will also be considered)
• Have strong, all round accounting knowledge and experienced (gained over at least 2-3 years)
• Have experience of preparing monthly management accounts
• Have a background of working within smaller companies
