Software company, delivering unique strategic decision-support simulations to large organisations, primarily military clients and their suppliers.

Role Description

Reporting to the Head of Development & Delivery, the successful candidate will be part of a team creating new components for an enterprise business simulation system. The primary focus will be middleware and data-layer, but not to the exclusion of UI development.

The ideal candidate will have good commercial knowledge of .NET development, preferably covering both Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Web development. Client-facing experience in requirements analysis would be an advantage.

Skills

C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL, SQL Server, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Visual Studio 2005+.

SQL Server Reporting Services/Analysis Services, XML, XSLT, XHTML, CSS, VB/VB.NET, Access, RUP/Agile, UML, .NET Remoting.

LINQ, Silverlight 2, Flash, NHibernate, JQuery, BPMN, Powersim Studio.
