Sales Support & B2B Marketing Executive

£23,000 - £25,000 + good benefits including pension, healthcare, insurance, discounts, 25 days holiday
Reporting into the Director of B2B Sales the Sales Support & Marketing Executive will be supporting agents and customers in order to increase their desire to sell the company's services and products, as well as a Sales team of 4 people, aiding them in achieving their targets, as well as controlling the email marketing function to all B2B worldwide customers.
Duties will include
·Design and copy of email marketing, segmentation of database
·Design of Event and conference invitations
·Coordinate production of PoS, Brochures, adverts and images, assist with press releases
·Reporting effectiveness of all marketing activity
·Manage all incoming emails and calls to the sales teams
·Setting up new accounts and commercial terms, including e-doc agreements
·Maintain accurate records on all clients, agents and suppliers including contracts
·Provide support to the sales teams, sales stats, and promotional campaigns
·Report on marketing budget and spend

Skills / Experience:
·Previous experience within a sales and marketing team
·Highly organised, confident to push back with sales team
·MSOffice including PowerPoint; Intermediate Excel for reporting
·Email Marketing tools – Mailchimp or similar
·Accurate inputting record keeping
·Creative flair – Adobe Suite – Photoshop or Illustrator would be beneficial
