Administrator – Financial Services
Central Woking, Surrey
£23000 + benefits including pension, annual 10% bonus, healthcare and life insurance
Due to expansion, an administrator is required by a local financial services company to support the advisors and manage new applications.
Duties will involve client liaison, creating asset spreadsheets, writing advisory letters, processing and setting up new client files, sending out correspondence, scanning meeting notes and documents onto in-house system (first software), diary management for advisors, raising and monitoring client invoices, managing quarterly and annual client reviews, including valuations.
Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience within financial services or pensions industry
• Degree educated
• Willingness to take qualifications
• Strong MSOffice and First Software
