Sales Progressor for an independent Estate Agents

£22-24k with an OTE £35k

Monday to Friday role only 8.30-6pm

We are currently recruiting a Sales Progressor for a fully independent estate agency business that has quickly built up an enviable network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire

You will need to be an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven; you must have previous experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process for this role.

You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with vendors, so proactively managing the property chain from offer accepted through to completion (eg liaising with sellers, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, contractors, surveyors, other estate agents, etc).
