In October 2016, MCA was inspected by Ofsted for the first time since becoming an academy and judged to be "Good" in all categories with consistently positive attitudes and good behaviour from our students. 

This is further good news for us as we celebrated our best ever GCSE results in August and have recently received confirmation that the Education Funding Agency and Hampshire County Council are contributing overGBP 17million to our new GBP 30million buildings

As an excellent and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher, you will join an active, forward-thinking Department, to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 and the whole ability range, working together to create an extremely positive learning culture based on high expectations,the building of Mathematics skills and a huge enthusiasm for the subject. 

The role offers excellent opportunities for a well-qualified, creative and dynamic Mathematics specialist who will build on the success of the department. You will be an engaging, forward-thinking and dedicated professional whois willing to commit to extra-curricular activities that add value to the academy and community.  If you are aNewly Qualified Teacher, you would be offered a comprehensive induction programme and all staff are given the opportunity to engage in further professional development.
