Administrator required by local recruitment firm to support Director and Team of Consultants

£18000 - £20000 + benefits

We are seeking administrative support within our Guildford office, in Surrey Research Park to work alongside consultants providing administration support (marketing / resourcing / candidate administration) as well as some PA duties to Director and inputting of accounts, managing temps payroll and reconciliation. We are a fun lively bunch who socialise together and work in a supportive team environment.

You will be client focused, have strong administration experience with good communication skills both verbally and written. be able to pick up new systems and tasks quickly with a willingness to learn. If you are seeking to step into the world of recruitment call now!

PA Duties

  • Raise invoices on Quickbooks for equipment and training sales for personal company
  • Reconcile bank accounts, paypal and izettle
  • Input payments
  • Support with personal affairs

Accounts Duties

  • Check temps timesheets have been received Monday and chase outstanding candidates
  • Add hours to excel and send to outsourced payroll
  • Raise invoices for Temp Services and Perm placements to clients
  • File timesheets and bibles in the appropriate files
  • Credit Control
  • Input supplier invoices, run off report for payments
  • Add payments to system
  • Input Payroll onto general ledger
  • Reconcile bank account

Candidate Duties

  • Put new jobs on Website weekly
  • Resource and search for candidates via Job Boards
  • Resource and search for jobs via other agencies via job boards
  • Update database of candidates, ensuring still seeking work
  • Telephone interview candidates, obtaining relevant details regarding suitability for positions
  • Maintain effective filing system
  • Stationery order
