Team Leader - Sales

£25,000 plus commission + benefits

MUST DRIVE

Team Leader required for an expanding Sales Department is required to join a friendly group of companies. You will be required to Support the Head of Sales and lead the Sales team to hit targets given.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:-

• Previous experience leading a Sales team desirable
• Proven track record in a fast paced sales environment
• Strong organisational skills
• Be able to motivate the sales team and focus on targets

Duties will entail, but will not be limited to:-

• Support the Head of Sales to ensure the departmental KPIs are met
• Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly sales records
• Motivate and lead by example
• To meet monthly KPIs and to identify and pursue opportunities
• Work as part of a team to achieve targets
