New Business Development Executive

£20,000 - £25,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE £50K and benefits

An expanding Oracle Platinum Partner are seeking an additional member for their Sales team. You will be joining a competitive and friendly team in their Guildford Office to identify new business through a variety of methods, selling B2B a mix of services: software licences, consultation, implementation of new products, upgrades, training and support. The role requires significant interaction with clients, specialists at Oracle and interested parties within some of their partner organisations. They will provide full training on Oracle and certification.

Skills needed:-

• Outstanding confidence and positive telephone manner
• Some broad knowledge of finance software and mid-market would be an advantage
• Track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a B2B environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of business organisations, buying influences and purchasing processes.
• Some systems management experience-working in the enterprise systems management environment

Your duties will entail, but will not be limited to:-

• Identify and develop new business through email, cold calling, networking and follow-up calls to new business contacts within the market.
• Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
• Working and contributing to the companies target
• Writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
• Managing your own diary in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals
• Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
