A top 10 accountancy practice are looking for an Outsourcing Manager to join the Outsourcing and Business Services team at their office in Guildford, Surrey. This office is the largest office outside of London.

Over the last 6 months the Outsourcing services team has gone through significant growth as more and more client work comes in. Having reached their capacity despite recent recruitment, there is a need to bring in new staff across varying levels.

About you:

• Should be ACCA or ACA qualified
• 4+ years experience within Public Practice
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Determined to succeed and motivated by results
• Proven managerial experience
• Confident reviewing accounts and managing the workload of junior staff
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
• Previous experience within industry is advantageous

About the role:

• Regular face to face client contact
• Responsible for your own client portfolio
• Review of management and statutory accounts
• Involvement with business development and client onboarding
• Responsible for client billing
• Work closely with the Senior Manager and Partners
• Training and developing junior staff
