Pensions Administrator (IFA)

c. £25000 - £28000 + good benefits package and parking

An experienced Pensions Administrator is required by fun friendly IFA firm in Godalming area, close to Guildford. The Pensions Administrator will provide support to the team and deal with enquiries from clients.

Duties
• Process new business applications
• Manage fund switches
• Send quotation packs
• Manage client reviews
• Process Letters of Authority
• Manage Life Insurance / Death in Service enquiries
• Liaise with investment and insurance companies

Skills /Qualifications:
• Excellent working knowledge of IRESS (previously Avelo & 1st Software) essential
• Previous experience of the financial services industry
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel, Powerpoint),
• Working towards Level 4
• Candidate should have good experience working within an IFA practice.
