Complaints Handler

A number of opportunities have arisen within their Complaints department for Complaints Officers to join their thriving team.
To be successful in this role, applicants will need to bring with them proven working experience in a complaints role within a regulated environment together with a good knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customer Fairly.

Excellent computer and literacy skills are required as is a professional and polite telephone manner and the confidence to deal with internal colleagues, customers and clients. You will be able to demonstrate the determination to meet expectations, an understanding of the industry and relevant legislation and show the determination to succeed in a demanding environment. You will also be passionate about delivering a first class service to all customers.

They work with various clients including banks, credit card companies, stores and many other providers of credit to individuals. They also manage significant credit portfolios for several of the UK's leading financial institutions, high street lenders, utilities and consumer credit companies.
