Customer Relations Executive, Surrey based. Up to £30,000 plus excellent benefits.

My client is a leading insurance operation who are looking for an experienced insurance or financial services complaint handler.
Ideally you will have knowledge of working with garages and an understanding of repairs.

Search Consultancy is delighted to partner with a leading insurance provider who has a requirement for a customer relations executive. This role is unique to the market and the ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of garages, either through handling complex complaints or from working within them.

Main duties would be as follows:
Manage complex complaints cases from beginning to end.
Provide an outstanding level of service and enhance both the customer's journey as well as their experience.
Liaise with multiple departments, both internally and externally.

As this is a customer relations role, candidates must have extensive experience in managing customer complaints within insurance or financial services. Additionally if candidates have the following attributes then it would be beneficial:

Experience in managing complex or technical cases.
Experience in using systems like Glass's, STEPS and Audatex.
Knowledge of repairs.
