£40,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus and benefits including pension, healthcare and 25d holiday

An expanding software company is seeking a Data Analyst to measure how their software and services are used using a range of analytical tools. The role reports into the Head of Product Development so is critical to the long term growth and profitability of the company.

Duties will include:
Working with the Product Development team to agree key KPI's and metrics to assist in driving product usage forward.
Understand how data collection and reporting can have an impact on the business and to update analytics as products change and are developed.
Refining usage metrics, feedback to product team on what is happening within market place, how product changes effect the business
Building league tables to compare customers across different sectors and markets

Technical Capabilities
Previous experience of working in a software environment
Previous experience of analysing services and software
Experience of Google Analytics and other related tools
Usage of a variety of techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation
Business process modeling and redesign
Previous experience within software/database development experience would be advantageous
Experience of product management, including roadmap development and release management.
Solid understanding of core analytics tools and various statistical tools, as well as programming languages.
