16 hours per week over Thursday & Friday – flexible -08.30 – 17.30
£7,680 - £8,320 depending on experience

A great opportunity has become available for a Part Time Customer Service/Receptionist to join a well established company based in Guildford. The Part Time Customer Service/Receptionist will provide excellent customer service, sales and business development assistance and administration support to clients and management. The Part Time Customer Service/Receptionist's duties will entail, but will not be limited to:-
• To assist with the provision of all customer service facilities for the Centre
• To open the centre each morning
• Deal with both phone and internet enquiries, following up with each lead to arrange a viewing for the centre
• To assist with the business centre marketing activity including proactive approach with skills to maximise social media and online presence
• To meet and greet guests and deal with incoming and outgoing calls
• All ad hoc duties

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:-
• Strong professional telephone manner
• MS Office
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Complete all duties in an accurate and timely manner
• To promote good departmental and inter-departmental cooperation
• Promptly raise issues and concerns
• Be able to commit to covering staff when away
