PR and Marketing Executive

£20 – 30K DOE + 25 days holiday + BH + 1 day for your birthday, Pension and Parking

This role involves a hands on and flexible approach to supporting their clients. Their goal with their clients is to gain them positive publicity within their appropriate audience through Public Relations and Marketing Activity. The role involves building relationships with both the clients and the media.

You will be responsible for finding new angles to gain positive publicity for the clients.

The successful candidate will have at least three years experience in PR, ideally working within an agency.
Agency background would be desirable
Graduate with a PR or Journalism background

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required

Experience of PR is a MUST to enable the understanding and full appreciation of the way this sector, and editorial staff function.
Using this experience to gain the maximum positive publicity for the clients who you are responsible is the key objective.
Excellent writing skills is also a must (features, press releases, copy etc)
Client liaison skills are essential.
Research of your client's areas of business is another requirement to ensure you fully understand the application and potential story angles.
