Private Client Solicitor – Guildford

One of the UK's leading national law firms are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their highly regarded Private Client Team based in Guildford.

You will be joining their Personal Tax, Trusts & Charities team which is one of the top ranked teams in the South East. The team's clients are based in the UK and overseas which include some extremely high net worth individuals. They advise on:

• Residence and domicile
• Offshore trusts and companies
• Succession planning through Wills and trusts, including international/cross border estate planning
• All aspects of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax as they apply to individuals and trusts
• Probate and administration of estates and trusts
• Powers of Attorney
• Establishing charities and providing advice to charities

The successful candidate will be at least 2 PQE with solid technical grounding in estate administration as well as a general track record in private client work. Exposure to the above would be advantageous. Strong academics are essential along with experience gained from a leading national/regional practice.
