This 220 bedroom charming hotel prides itself on elegance and relaxation – offering amenities such as a spa, swimming pool and multi-dining arenas.
Restaurant & Bars Manager
An operational management position supporting the management in the Food & Beverage department:
• Manage the operation of the bar and restaurant on a shift basis
• Being available for guest queries, providing information, general lobby welcomes, firm business agreements and provide show rounds to guests
• Design and implement effective ways of food and beverage marketing in all outlets
• Conduct in-house training sessions to members of your team
• Ensures that guests receive quality service by providing work direction for Food & Beverage team member
• Promotes additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell, in a manner that is professional and courteous

The ideal Candidate
Within the role of Restaurant and Bar Manager you will need to be self-motivated and well organised, with good communication and management skills, and a clear understanding of what the business expects. You will be totally responsible for all areas of the Bar and Restaurant operations and the individuals that work within it. As a Restaurant and Bar Manager you should lead by example and have a positive, willing and flexible attitude, and work to the highest levels to ensure that the hotel standards are maintained at all times.
