Medical Assistance Claims Handler - £20,000 plus shift allowance. Surrey based.
You will be required to work full time hours (5 full days 37.5hr week) from Monday-Sunday between 7am-9pm.

Our client is seeking customer focused individuals who have great attention detail and accuracy skills.

As a Medical Assistance Assessor you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance to policyholders, assisting in supporting expatriates, local employees and travellers on a global basis who are sick or injured abroad.
Communicating by email and telephone, dealing with doctors, hospitals and airlines.

You will need to display a high level of empathy and understanding and have the ability to explain concepts simply and unambiguously. You will also be trained to investigate, accurately assess and approve claims within your authority limit and you will receive continuous training, coaching and support to increase your authority limit as your technical knowledge grows.

The salary on offer is dependent on experience paying up to £20,000 + £1,000 shift allowance + company bens.

Applicants will ideally have claims handling experience/medical assistance experience or will have worked within a Customer Service environment within an insurance organisation.
