An accountancy business seeks a Telesales Team Leader to supervise, mentor and motivate a telesales department as well as carry out sales calls to offer accounting and consultancy services to the self-employed and individual tax payers.

Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Team Leader will be to manage and develop accounts, leading from the front and selling, whilst also monitoring team results, motivating and developing the team to achieve targets and create sales reports for management.

Key experience of the Telesales Team Leader will include a recent proven career history in sales including experience as a Team Leader, strong IT skills, able to pick up systems quickly and CRM knowledge.
