A leading financial management solutions company based in South Croydon is looking for 2 Performance Coaches to join a very successful field-based team.
The two territories are respectively north of the Thames which includes Luton and all of East Anglia and south of the Thames which includes Kent and extends Brighton. You will be responsible for the day to day management of 12-15 Contact Managers and Key Support Agents which includes recruitment, motivation and disciplinary matters.
Your duties will also include:-
- Assist in the recruitment of the contact managers and key support agents and carrying out the initial training sessions with new recruits to ensure they fully understand the client process and company policy.
- Delivery of one to ones/reviews/feedback/performance management to ensure that company standards are met.
- Be responsible for understanding all client and business targeting and expectations and ensure their field team is fully briefed.
- Be responsible for maintaining relationships both remotely and visibly with Contact Managers on a daily basis.
Fully support, at all times, all the policies and procedures of the business and ensure Contact Managers comply with all instructions.
- Be responsible for feedback to the business and to their team, both verbal and written for the following areas where required.
Attend meetings and contribute towards the success of the business as and when required Because the role is field based you MUST HAVE a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
preferred skills
- Previous experience within debt collection
- Proven experience of managing people / teams
- Proven training, mentoring and coaching experience
- Flexible approach to working hours (between 8am to 9pm)
- People focused and well organised
- Ability to liaise at all levels and possess a discreet and confidential manner
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
