We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a new team for an Andover based Financial Services Company. The role will involve working in close partnership with Sales & Marketing as a valued, capable and trusted partner with a deep knowledge of the business. You will provide timely and relevant financial management information, assisting management to understand business performance against plan as well as providing financial support to commercial opportunities. You will also be responsible for the management, coaching and development of a small team.
You will be a fully Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience with relevant finance business partnering experience and a commitment to provide a first class service to internal and external partners. Excellent financial analysis and communication skills are essential as well as recent experience within the financial services industry. Flexibility with hours and travel will be required.
